Coach Insider
Established the brand identity of Coach's new Omnichannel membership program, Coach Insider, which improved customer participation in the membership program, while also developing a distinctive aesthetic for both Retail and Outlet experiences. This included the use of icon sets to visually represent various program rewards. Supervised the design and animation of all branding, digital, and marketing assets, including the creation of in-store marketing materials and collateral.
